Return Policy for RGENT Inc

At RGENT Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.rgentinc.com. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@rgentinc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked final sale.
• Used or damaged items are not caused by shipping issues.
• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
