Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there are delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited: 2–4 business days.
  • Express: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

RGENT Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they are handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify us.

Incorrect Addresses

Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and you must follow our return policy.
